Bridge Consulting, a public benefit corporation, was founded by Joe Miklosi – who has been serving the public and bridging goals in the government, business & nonprofit sectors in Colorado, Washington D.C., and around the globe for 30+ years.

Joe Miklosi has an impressive wealth of experience and history of successes in governance, government relations & lobbying, international development, and nonprofit consulting

  • His broad depth and breadth of experience in government relations & lobbying, international development, and nonprofit consulting empower Mr. Miklosi and his team to build bridges between these sectors to solve pressing problems throughout the world. Over the course of his career, he:

    • Helped found an internet software company and also was the number one sales representative selling software applications and related services for multiple political and international software manufacturers

    • Worked for President Bill Clinton and three U.S. Senators

    • Served as a Colorado State Representative and as a senior advisor to the Colorado State Legislature

    • Ran a highly competitive race for Congress in 2012, coming within 2 points against a 23-year incumbent

    • Served as the Director of Government Relations for Project C.U.R.E. – the largest organization in the world that donates medical supplies and equipment to hospitals in over 135 developing nations

    • Founded Bridge Consulting in 2015 to deploy his unique background on behalf of domestic and international clients

    After founding Bridge Consulting in 2015, Joe Miklosi has guided the firm’s steady growth and his team of experts. Together, they have provided domestic and international business development consulting, nonprofit management consulting, and government relations, regulatory, campaign & lobbying services for clients who need help navigating complex bureaucracies, generating government revenue, passing, or defeating legislation, and creating public-private partnerships to address significant issues worldwide.

Melissa K. | Koester Consulting

Melissa K. 

Melissa developed a passion and commitment to community engagement and philanthropic service while serving as a volunteer in Thailand. Following this, she led all philanthropic efforts for Crocs Shoes. In this position, she developed, implemented, and managed Croc’s Corporate Social Responsibility program in the United States, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Through this program, more than 4 million pairs of shoes were donated in more than 40 countries. She also created innovative charitable initiatives to raise awareness and generate funding for non-profit partners, organized disaster relief initiatives, and managed employee volunteer events. Melissa went on to serve as Director of Corporate Development for Project C.U.R.E., where she created customized programs and managed fundraising to obtain & deliver medical supplies and equipment in more than 130 countries.

Mark W. | Waller Consulting

Mark W.

Mark’s diverse professional background spans nearly 30 years including service in the United States Air Force as a JAG, serving six years in the Colorado General Assembly, and serving four years in the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners. In addition, Waller earned a Colorado Law license in 2004, which is still currently active. He has served as a Deputy District Attorney, and he has provided strategic, government relations, campaign, and political consulting that makes use of his legislative, legal, and military background.

Jessie N. | Continuum Healthcare Advisors

Jessie N.

Jessie has been serving in healthcare leadership roles since 2009, including Chief Operating Officer for a rural hospital in Colorado. Subsequent to this role, she began offering consulting services to address the specific needs and challenges of rural healthcare organizations. She specializes in assisting rural hospitals with provider relations and recruitment, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and quality improvement systems consulting. She has been recognized by her peers and the Colorado Hospital Association as a “Healthcare Star.” Jessie has developed a solid track record of creating healthcare policy conversations that focus on bridging political differences to achieve better outcomes.

Monica M. | MCM Strategies

Monica M.

Monica has 20+ years of experience in communications as a public affairs executive. She has worked in agency, corporate, and non-profit settings. She has a special gift for helping clients improve their relationships with the press, policymakers, and communities. She works domestically and in other countries as well. Her international work includes spearheading the launch of a Kazakhstan think tank, featuring former Prime Minister Tony Blair and General Wesley Clark (United States Army, ret.). She also worked in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, on a rebranding and economic development initiative.

Ted T. | The Trimpa Group

Ted T.

Ted is a nationally recognized Democratic strategist and thought leader who brings decades of government relations and political consulting experience with a proven record of results. Thanks to his deep understanding of national and multi-state public policy, the political and nonprofit landscape, and history of successes, he is one of the country’s most sought-after advocates. Ted has worked on diverse public policy issues, including labor / business relations, marijuana, and LGBTQ community goals. Prior to becoming a nationally ranked consultant, Ted was a shareholder at both Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and Hogan Lovells, where he was responsible for matters before the Colorado General Assembly as well as handling a multi-state public policy practice.

Since 2009, he has raised more than $60M for more than 100 organizations in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Aaron is the CEO of 3PG Consulting, a fundraising and investor relations consultancy, and he co-founded Battleground Solutions, an international political consulting firm.  Aaron combines his entrepreneurial spirit with cutting-edge brain science to educate clientele about the most effective nonprofit management and fundraising strategies.

Jeffrey Franco

CEO and Founder
Camino Consulting Group, LLC

Jeffrey Franco has over 25 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale nonprofits, and providing strategic consulting, business development and change management for both public and private sector organizations. As CEO of Camino Consulting Group and Founder and Co-Leader of Transformation Leadership Institute, Jeffrey has worked with local and national nonprofit CEOs to support and advise on strategic planning, board training and development, executive coaching, interim leadership, fundraising, and diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) facilitation and training. Jeffrey also serves as Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland where he currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in nonprofit management and leadership. He also serves on the boards of Potomac Conservancy, Outward Bound, and the Center for Inspired Teaching.

Jeffrey has focused on supporting and leading non-profits through organizational transitions by serving as the interim Executive Director for City Year in Miami; Rising for Justice and One Common Unity in Washington, DC; and Youth Speaks in San Francisco; and as the Chief Program Officer at Jewish Volunteer Services. In these interim roles, Jeffrey was responsible for managing the staff, operations, programs, and fundraising, and leading the organization through major change management processes, organizational turn around, leadership transition, and new Executive Director onboarding and coaching. Jeffrey continues to serve as an executive coach for many of the new leaders of these organizations.

Prior to founding Camino Consulting Group, Jeffrey served over 12 years as both the Executive Director of City Year’s site in Washington, DC and as Vice President and senior leader of the $200 million national organization. Under his leadership, City Year Washington, DC tripled the size of its staff, quadrupled the number of students served, increased its budget from a $2.3 million to $8.6 million operation, and established City Year’s first multimillion contract with the DC Public School System. During this time, Jeffrey secured multiple 7 figure individual gifts and established national corporate investments for multiple City Year sites across the country.  

Jeffrey’s professional accolades and accomplishments include being named the 2013 American University Kogod School of Business Alumni of the Year, alumnus of the Aspen Institute Socrates Program, graduate of the Co-Active Teaching Institute Leadership Program, graduate of Leadership Greater Washington, and graduate of the Leadership Sanctuary. He graduated with a B.A. from Fairfield University, a Master’s degree in International Affairs and an M.B.A. from American University. Franco is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, enjoys traveling, has completed 5 marathons and an Ironman triathlon, walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain, and completed the 150 Mile Annapurna Circuit in Nepal.
